Pleasure vs Happiness + Happiness in detail

PLEASURE:
Pleasure is some external stimuli or activity that makes your mind to an elevated 'feel-good' state. The problem here is if the stimuli is used-extensively you might get BORED. In some cases if the stimuli is removed you becomes SORROW or FRUSTRATED. Some examples of pleasure-stimuli is 'buying a vehicle that brings others attention' / 'Chatting with your girl or boy friend' / 'Trip or Tour' / 'Eating your favorite dish' / 'Making love' etc.
If you notice carefully... any of the above examples are really-a-pleasure till you dont crave for it and you get it easily when you need it. If you are CRAVING for a pleasure and if you fail to get it then you get DEPRESSED.
Now you can see that all the CAPITALIZED words are some emotional states which makes you feel WORRIED/ANXIOUS/PRESSURIZED/DULL.
HAPPINESS:
If you understand and realize the above paragraph about pleasure, then we can define happiness very easily. Happiness is the state-of-mind in which all of the CAPITALIZED letters mentioned above are ABSENT.
If you are ANXIOUS about something and once you get out of your anxiety then you feel HAPPY. If you are PRESSURIZED in your project work for a couple of week and once your project is delivered , what you feel is HAPPINESS. If you are DEPRESSED of losing your love-life , but comes out it after finding a new love.. then you lose your depression and becomes HAPPY.
  • ....... So dont crave for pleasures.. Enjoy the pleasures if they come on your way handy... Dont put yourself into any unwanted distressing state-of-mind as far as possible.. that makes your HAPPY... Enjoy !!!
