My Questions about the Nature of Reality (Universe and Life)

 In 2009, I posted this article "The Ultimate Question". After that, I started thinking a lot.
In last year (2014) I have been working on finding answers to below questions. These questions are accumulated over time (from my school days).

+++++ PHYSICS +++++
(01) We are in universe. Thats Ok. But Where is universe located?
(02) Is mind/soul/atma a part of the physical (electro/magnetic/gravitational) universe?
(03) What is time? Is it a construct of mind?
     Can the time be manipulated like a windows-media-player. ie. play/pause/rewind/fwd ?
(04) What will be the smallest interval of time noticable/valid in universe?
     Is time related to speed of light/EM-waves ?
(05) If every damn particle (electron/neutron/quarks/etc) are NOT particles,
     then is the physical universe just ripples of EM-waves?

+++++++ BIOLOGY +++++

(01) Is life really evolved or is it put in place by some X (God) for their benefit ?
(02) How can such complex and intelligent DNA design be created by nature?
     If so, why humans are finding medicines. It will be better taken care by nature itself.. right?
     Nature is obviously more intelligent than its product (humans).
(03) Why off-springs (kids) are born without skills/knowledge of parents ?
     I mean learned items like language/science/etc are not available in babies/off-springs.. why not ?
     Why a kid have to learn from  a,b,c,d  for 20 years ? Does nature, by design, does not want
     offspring to do exactly what parents did? If so, again humans are defying nature's design... right?
(04) Does brain acts as a CPU for body? or is it just a connector between mind and body?
(05) Is it possible that our memories are somewhere out of physical realm (out of our brain/neurons) ?

+++++ MIND-BODY-CONSCIOUSNESS-REALITY ++++++

(01) If conscious observation alters wave/particle behavior of matter(double-slit experiment), then
     Is the Universe itself a construct of consciousness + EM-waves ?
(02) Are we inside Universe ? or Is universe within us?
(03) Will there be any purpose behind our existence ?
(04) Can we store memory when we are unconscious? does consciousness acts as a pen in writing to memory?
     Or is consciousness both pen & paper for storing memory? Is memory stored in consciousness realm?
(05) If there is no memory, how can we define time?
     We always define time with reference to a starting point (stored in memory). If no memory then what is time?
(06) Can I say that a stone has got consciousness but no memory and no sensory organs ?
       I feel this statement could be true, because we do not know about consciousness.

B02 - Nature is a word we use to refer to the environment. Nature did not create our complex DNA structure; it provided the right environment and after billions of years, living organisms evolved into such complex creatures.

B03 - Again, nature doesn't have any design. And we definitely are not defying it, because, the world that you see and perceive is completely different from the world that I see. I also like to think that we are not doing what our parents did.

B04 - Brain is the mind. Its the CPU, HDD & GPU. It computes, stores and adds flavour to our experiences.

B05 - Our memories are definitely not stored outside our brain. In fact, there is no single memory - as such. Memories actually change with time. When we think about something that had happened 10 years ago, our brain kinda checks the database and if couldn't find the actual memory, it'll make something up. Like for example, it'll say, it was Dinesh who stole your toy in 5th standard. After another 10 years, when you try to think about that, you might actually think it was Ramesh. Why would the brain suddenly point at Ramesh? Because it can't remember who stole the toy and in the last 5 years, who heard good things about Dinesh and so, your mind tricks you and changes your memory. Or at least, that's my theory. Haven't you ever had that feeling of remembering something completely wrong?

MBCR02 - I like to believe that we are a part of the Universe.

MBCR03 - Not unless we create one through our actions.

MBCR04 - From what I remember, there are studies that suggest that sleep (unconscious brain) helps cement our memory. But I don't think we can create new memories while we are unconscious.

MBCR05 - How is memory related to time? Time can exist without memory.

MBCR06 - Stones doesn't have living cells. No living cells = no consciousness.. :D
