Consider you now have a CAR and BIKE for your own. You have a "Corporate Job" (with all the corporate-ladder/career/vision/blah blah) in a CITY. Will you consider a simple business or job in your home town which yields only HALF THE CORPORATE SALARY? Now see below and decide.

Salary -> Increases with time in a corporate life, but when you own a business in a town, you need to think long and hard about increasing the price of your goods. I've seen people run out of business because they never increased the price.
House Rent -> No need to pay one if you own it.. :D
Food -> Personally, I feel its overrated.. :P
Entertainment -> According to your calculations, it costs Rs.375 per ticket. As a regular movie-goer, I can say with confidence that it doesn't cost so much. Compared to the 80 rupees you pay for your town theatre, the 120 (+ 10 for parking) at Sathyam is pretty good. If you go to EA instead of Sathyam and pay Rs.60 for parking, its your mistake.. :P
Communication -> No comment
Car -> Don't have one
Bike -> As long as I avoid peak hour traffic, I find my trips pleasurable.. :D
Healthcare -> What's that?
Children schooling -> Hm..
I do agree that life in town has its benefits but so does a city life. The fact of the matter is, some people like a town-life, some people like city-life and neither of them are wrong. You can't try to rationalize it in an excel sheet. If you are simply trying to convince yourself, then sure, I would say, give it a shot because if you don't, you'll regret it later. If you do give it a shot, you can always come back if you don't like it.. :D
